INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
START WITH THE ENVELOPE
Choose from our three signature designs — each one crafted to make the moment feel special before it’s even opened.
STEP 2
PICK YOUR CARD
Select the design that speaks for you — simple, beautiful, and made to be kept.
STEP 3
WRITE THEIR NAME
Write your recipient’s full name. It’s printed on the terracotta mailer alongside their address - ready to be mailed out.
STEP 4
WRITE YOUR MESSAGE
Type your note — don’t overthink it. What matters most is that it’s from you.
STEP 5
UPLOAD A PHOTO
Include a memory, a moment, or something that will make them smile. This will be printed as a film style photo.
STEP 6
WHERE’S YOURS GOING?
Sending it directly? We’ll mail it in our signature terracotta envelope.
Prefer to give it in person? We’ll wrap it in a plain brown envelope — ready for you to hand over yourself.

WE SEND IT — BEAUTIFULLY
Printed on linen card, wrapped with care, and sealed to stay. Because what arrives isn’t just post — it’s a moment, made tangible.

Crafted to Be Kept
Our cards are printed on premium Japanese linen — beautifully weighted, softly textured, and made to be kept. Our envelopes are our own custom design, crafted from a 350gsm textured stock with a contrasting double-sided finish and an embossed Dear Romeo signature. Every piece is tied with our stationery ribbon, adding a touch of anticipation before the words are even read.
