All Dear Romeo cards are mailed from our Dear Romeo Mail House in Sydney, NSW, using Australia Post. You can select from three postage options at checkout:
Standard Post — $3.00
(Standard letter service – untracked)
- NSW: 3–5 business days
- VIC, QLD, SA, ACT: 4–7 business days
- TAS, WA, NT: 6–10 business days
Priority Post — $4.00
(Slightly faster delivery through Australia Post Priority Service- untracked)
- NSW: Up to 3 business days
- VIC, QLD, SA, ACT: up to 4 business days
- TAS, WA, NT: up to 6 business days
Express Post — $12.00
(Fastest option- Tracked)
- NSW: 1–2 business days
- VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, TAS, WA, NT: 1–3+ business days
Tracking details are provided once Express orders have been dispatched. Standard and Priority mail are sent via Australia Post’s untracked letter service.
New Zealand Shipping — Standard Post (Australia Post International Standard – tracked)
- New Zealand (metro): 2–7 business days
- Rural & regional New Zealand: Allow additional time
All orders are sent with tracking. Please note that Dear Romeo is not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Processing Times
All cards are printed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery Notes
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary based on location or postal delays. Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, Dear Romeo is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. Please ensure delivery addresses are entered correctly — orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur an additional postage fee for re-delivery. Dear Romeo is not responsible for untracked items once they have been lodged with Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes listed above are based on Australia Post’s estimated delivery guides and may vary depending on location, public holidays, and seasonal demand. You can view current delivery estimates directly on the Australia Post website.
Tracking
Tracking is only available on Express Post orders. Standard and Priority mail are sent as untracked letter mail via Australia Post — this helps us keep postage affordable for our customers.
Once an untracked item has been lodged with Australia Post, we’re unable to provide delivery updates or locate the parcel while it’s in transit. If you’d like tracking and guaranteed delivery updates, please select Express Post at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within Australia only. If you’re located overseas and would like to send a Dear Romeo card, please reach out to hello@dearromeo.co — we’re working on expanding international delivery soon.
