Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments securely.
Australia Post, which delivers your cards. We share only the name and address needed for delivery. Every card is printed and wrapped by us at our Mail House in Sydney, so your message and photo never leave our hands.
Service providers, such as payment gateways, IT support, analytics, email and review tools, who work for us under strict confidentiality.
Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law.
Professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers), when needed for business or compliance reasons.

Anyone we share information with may use it only to provide their service to us, and must protect it in line with applicable law.

6. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform and payment systems. Your information may be stored on Shopify's servers in Canada, the United States or other countries. Shopify's handling of personal information is covered by its own Privacy Policy.

7. Security and Retention

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, change, disclosure or loss. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee the security of information sent online.

Your photo and message are stored securely with your order in our Shopify store, so we can reprint your card if anything goes wrong in the post.
