Q: How soon will my card be on its way?

Orders placed before 10am (AEST) are printed and dispatched the same day via Australia Post. Orders after 10am are sent the following business day via the Australia Post from Sydney.

All Dear Romeo cards are mailed from Sydney, NSW using the Australia Post mail service. You can choose from three postage options at checkout: Standard Post — $3.00 (Standard letter service – untracked) • NSW: 3–5 business days • VIC, QLD, SA, ACT: 4–7 business days • TAS, WA, NT: 6–10 business days Priority Post — $4.00 (Untracked – slightly faster delivery through Australia Post Priority Service) • NSW: up to 3 business days • VIC, QLD, SA, ACT: up to 4 business days • TAS, WA, NT: up to 6 business days Express Post — $12.00 (Tracked – fastest option) • NSW: 1–2 business days • VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, TAS, WA, NT: 1–3+ business days Note: Standard and Priority postage are sent as untracked letter mail , while Express Post includes tracking once dispatched.

Q: How are the photos printed?

Your photo is printed as a genuine Fujifilm Instax Square print (image size 62 × 62 mm) — a small keepsake they can hold onto. You can upload a photo of the recipient, the moment you’re celebrating, or anything meaningful to you.

Q: How will my card arrive?

If you’re sending directly to your recipient , your card arrives in our signature terracotta mailer — addressed, sealed, and ready to open. If it’s being delivered to you , it will arrive inside a plain brown outer mailer for protection. Inside, you’ll find the Dear Romeo mailer addressed only to the recipient, left open and without a postage stamp , ready for you to hand-deliver in person.
